It’s easy to become disconnected from your essence, your heart. Life gets busy, you’ve demands on your time in many directions, your self-care practice becomes non-existent and you’re running on auto-pilot most of the time. You may not even notice.

And then things start to happen to you and it’s showing up at work or at home. Maybe you wake up anxious, fearful, exhausted, experiencing strong emotions, you’ve lost yourself, your relationships are unfulfilling or strained or maybe you’re becoming sick.

The tighter you cling, the harder life becomes. The more you resist, the harder life becomes. The more you push, force and control, the harder life becomes.

And this is a beautiful occurrence, because the voice of your heart wants to be heard. You are receiving direct signals and messages to slow down and shine some light on what’s happening for you. You’re remembering. It’s all perfect.

I’ve worked with thousands of people across the world, who have felt the benefits of immersing themselves in a journey of exploration and change. It brings ‘aha’ breakthrough moments. Everything is possible. 

I intuitively work with what is being presented and offer a multi-disciplinary approach.
The sessions unfold gradually and ask you to practice small steps.
You remember who you are, you nurture your inner world, you know your own capability.

HOW IT WORKS

Generally, we journey together over 6 months, we review after this initial period.

Working with a whole person approach, I’ll work with your unique lived experience. To safely support you, as we peel back the layers, identify blocks and the insights you already have available, to unlock the way forward.

This is your sanctuary to receive a truly held space.

During our time together you’ll receive a combination of the following …

◦ 6 x 2 hour sessions 
◦ Follow up emails and check ins
◦ Availability for any questions or sharing that arises between sessions
◦ Actionable interventions to experiment with in your life
◦ Emotional Intelligence Development report (additional, if applicable)
◦ Psychology and Voice work
◦ Meditations
◦ Intuitive Healing and energy work
◦ Your journey is held in confidence

Sessions are all held remotely using Zoom or an alternative platform (such as your internal business technology)

If you’re looking for a purely intellectual, mind based, ‘know more’ type of coach, my approach isn’t a match for you. I’ve a network of coaches who may be able to help you.

Investment is £2,400

If you are interested in a healing session, the first session is £250, for 2 hours, and any follow up session is £125 for 1 hour. Please contact me for more details.
